RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

MR.DIY Guarantee:

"MR.DIY Guarantee" is our returns and exchange coverage program designed to protect all of our customers against unsatisfying or damaged products by offering 100% returns or exchange based on our customers’ preferences.


What is the MR.DIY’s Returns and Exchange policy?

The policy is only applicable if the item/order that you wish to return was purchased via www.mrdiy.ph.

Purchases from MR.DIY retail stores and other e-commerce platforms are not eligible for this policy.

We have a seven (7) calendar days return and exchange policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Items/orders that you wish to return/exchange must follow all the requirements that have been listed out in our return and exchange requirement list.
  2. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  3. Any item that is received with tags attached must be exchanged with those tags intact.

Please note under this policy, we do not generally permit the return or exchange of:

  • Return requisition made after the redemption period (seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of the order).
  • Redeemed services from merchants or partners.
  • Requests that have been rejected by our customer support officers.

How do I submit a return or exchange request?

We allow for online exchange/return only after we received return request that you send to ph.customercare@mrdiy.com within seven (7) days from the day you received your parcel.

You are required to provide the following list of information below:

  1.  Picture/video of the impacted item
  2. Picture of the outer packaging (with the courier and MR. DIY label)
  3. Product/SKU code and quantity of the impacted items
  4. Exchange online/return online option

Also, there will be strictly no return under these reasons:

  1. a) Change of mind
  2. b) Unwanted item

Upon receiving the approval email from ph.customercare@mrdiy.com , you need to ship out the product to our warehouse bearing the shipping cost. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-14 working days.
