SHIPPING POLICY

MR. D.I.Y. Philippines can only deliver within Metro Manila.                            Estimated delivery usually takes 1 – 3 days after order is placed and settled.      We are unable to ship out to other cities in Luzon and in Visayas and Mindanao.

At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the product receipt by providing your signature to the delivery courier.

By signing, you agree that you have checked the packaging of the parcel and ensured that the seal is not damaged.

Should the seal be broken, please check the content of the parcel and you may refuse to sign it.

If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment.

After two (2) unsuccessful delivery attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you failed to pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and will not refund any amount that has been spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.

We deliver to one address per order. For multiple addresses, we encourage you to place individual order for each address.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Currently, MR. D.I.Y. Philippines delivery is limited to Metro Manila only.

MR. D.I.Y. Philippines charges a standard shipping fee based on a standard delivery rate card which is dependent on the delivery address.

We offer “Free Shipping” for purchases with a minimum of P1,200 value and up for the first 5KG.

These conditions are subject to change by the management.

There will be STRICTLY NO REFUND for any shipping & handling charges.

We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated courier on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER


You can click here to check your parcel delivery status via our MR.DIY delivery tracking website page. You may then enter your tracking number into our tracking field (the white colour empty field that is under these words - Track your MR DIY parcel) to view the status of your order delivery. Please take note that tracking numbers may take a few hours to be reflected in our tracking system after you have received the delivery confirmation email.


If there is an unfortunate event of a delay, it will be reflected in our MR.DIY tracking website. In the event that you have not received delivery updates within a week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service via email (ph.customercare@mrdiy.com) for further assistance.
